For a Virtual Visit, your cellphone, computer or device must have a camera and microphone. If you use the web app, you need a current version of Google Chrome (recommended) or another current browser. Your internet download speed needs to be at least 10 Mbps+ and an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps.
Before your first Virtual Visit, it is best that you test your device. Testing first will let you know if everything works. The System Check test page will show each time you have a Virtual Visit so you can always double-check if everything is working.
