To log in to the web app, it’s best to use Chrome (recommended) but other browsers may work.
Go to: member.MyOwnDoctor.com.
Or, From MyOwnDoctor.com, click on the Log In button on the right side of the screen. The example below is using the Chrome browser.

Next, you will see the Log in screen where you have choices for logging in.
1. You can use your previously created MyOwnDoctor password or create a new one going forward by clicking on: Forgot password? Your password must have a total of 12 characters with one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.
NOTE: you are not required to create or use a password. You can use the "Send email link" instead.
2. Another way to log in is to use our "Send email link" option by clicking on those words. On the next screen, simply enter your email address in the box and click the button on the bottom of the screen that says: Email me a log in link.
Then check your email account. You will receive an email that looks like this:

Click on the blue Login box in the middle of the screen. The link will expire in 5 minutes so click on it right away.
Now, you will be in the MyOwnDoctor app, where you can enter or join a telehealth virtual visit, see Programs you have joined, read your messages and more.
Google Single Sign-On
Finally, we do support Google Single Sign-On. If you signed up with MyOwnDoctor using your your Gmail address, click the "Sign in with Google" button. That will bring up this screen:
Use your Google credentials (or, if you're signed into your browser already, you may not need to!) and click next. The first time you do this, you may need to accept some permissions.
Once your credentials are verified, you'll be logged into MyOwnDoctor and ready to go!
