The minimum download and upload speed to join a Virtual Visit or Information Session without a hitch is 10 Mbps. If you don't meet the lowest requirements you may have technical problems in the Virtual Visit or information Session. This may include losing connection like dropping a call and poor audio and video. If you don't have the lowest requirements, please read our help article. If possible, use a wired connection which is much more stable and will help prevent dropped connections and interference. If you have one, plug in an Ethernet cable for your device.
Please note: You may experience connectivity problems during your virtual visit if you are using a DSL modem with a slow uplink, a 3G/4G wireless modem, a network with some types of proxies/firewalls, or a lower speed connection.
