General Tips to do before entering the Virtual Visit

  • Restart device (or turn it off and on again) 
  • Close all other apps
  • Check your system in the location where you will be during the visit: https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check. Stay in one location during the visit.
  • Make sure your phone is fully charged or you have your charging cable handy and a place to plug in to power.
