For Android Devices
NOTE: You may need your Google Play username and password to log in to your account. The MyOwnDoctor app is free.
When you need to update the MyOwnDoctor app on your Android device, please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store app. It may be found on your device's home screen.
2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and then, click on Manage apps and device.
3. On the next screen, you will see a screen under Overview, where you can update all apps that can be updated. To quickly update apps, click on Update all or click on See details and tap Update.
Or you can choose to update certain apps under the Manage tab at the top of the screen. Clicking on Updates available will show you a list of apps needing updates. The MyOwnDoctor app will display here when it needs to be updated. Click in the check box next to the app. Then, click on the "Circle with checkmark" icon to finish the process.
For iOS devices (iPhones and iPads)
NOTE: You may need your Apple ID username and password to log in to your account. The MyOwnDoctor app is free.
On your iPhone and iPad, apps that you download from the App Store are automatically updated by default. But if there's an issue, you can update an app manually.
When you need to manually update the MyOwnDoctor app on your iOS device, please follow these steps:
- Open the App Store app. It may be found on your device's home screen or the App Library.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the MyOwnDoctor app to update only that app, or tap Update All to update all apps.
